Traceful is a research aid. By using the service, you agree to the following conditions.
Research and verification
Reports can be incomplete, outdated, or about a different person. Check the identity and original sources before relying on a finding. AI-generated wording is not independent verification. Do not use Traceful for employment, housing, credit, insurance, or other eligibility decisions.
Responsible use
Do not use the service to harass, stalk, impersonate, expose sensitive information, bypass access restrictions, or conduct unlawful activity. Do not submit private credentials or sensitive identity records. Keep your login secure and use your own account.
Subscriptions
Plan prices are in US dollars. Checkout shows the amount and renewal interval before payment. Research access depends on confirmed payment and the stated allowance. Manage cancellation from the subscription section in settings. Contact support@traceful.app about payment errors or refund requests.
Data and corrections
Our privacy notice explains how the service uses account information, source material and questions. Use the correction or removal form to request review. A request about Traceful does not change a third-party website.
Support and service access
Service availability depends on Traceful and its providers. We may restrict abusive activity to protect users and the service. For account or service questions, email support@traceful.app.
